Lost nomadic clans wander the outlands in need of shelter,
Drawn to the doorways of oblivion.
Devoured souls groan and churn in
the desert dwellings of the yee naaldlooshii.

Destined for sacrifice, fed to the void.
Hunted by mystics, their faith is destroyed.
Crippled by a fear they’ve never felt.
From Prey to Pelt.

Ominous winds careen through the pathways
Strange sounds and smells disorient the clan.
Warnings emerge dangling from the branches.
Various bones wrapped into symbols with roots and mud.

Far beyond the boundaries of the sacred plains, they’re doomed…
A quest for survival rapidly halted by a swift and radiant ghoulish arrival.

Twisted animalistic howls paralyze the caravan.
Bone dust plumes and is inhaled by the hunted.
Blood pools in tattered lungs as terror swells.

Catatonic in morbid elegance they’re torn away.
A quest for survival squelched by an ancient ritualistic hunt.
Entranced around the cauldron as remnants rapidly melt.
